Where does NOWATCH ship to?
Currently, we ship within the European Union and to Canada, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America.
Customs regulations prevent us from shipping elsewhere but we are exploring how to expand our shipping destinations to include new countries.
Our Fulfilment Team carefully packages your order at NOWATCH HQ in Amsterdam. Typically, we hand it to our partners at DHL Express within 2 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. You can return undamaged items in their original packaging for a full refund or a replacement.
