Our watches are designed in the NOWATCH HQ in Amsterdam and produced in Finland. All components including our research-grade sensors are specially selected to be both durable and skin-safe. We only use high-quality materials to ensure the best experience.
No, you do not need a subscription. As soon as your NOWATCH is out of the box, the companion app and all features are completely free to use. Your health data belongs entirely to you, and we don’t charge you for core functionalities.
We respect your privacy and never access your data unless you choose to share it. Shared data is securely stored on EU-based AWS servers (Frankfurt) with advanced encryption and is used only to improve the app and algorithms. You can download your data anytime, and we will never sell or distribute it to third parties.
Currently, we ship within the European Union and to Canada, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America.
